I get the following errors while loading 3-FederationWithMultiplePartners.sln:

...one or more projects in the solution were not loaded correctly....

The Web Application Project f-Shipping is configured to use IIS. Unable to access the IIS metabase. You do not have sufficient privilege to access IIS web sites on your machine.

The Web Application Project Litware.SimulatedIssuer.3 is configured to use IIS. Unable to access the IIS metabase. You do not have sufficient privilege to access IIS web sites on your machine.

The Web Application Project Adatum.SimulatedIssuer.3 is configured to use IIS. Unable to access the IIS metabase. You do not have sufficient privilege to access IIS web sites on your machine.

The Web Application Project Fabrikam.SimulatedIssuer.3 is configured to use IIS. Unable to access the IIS metabase. You do not have sufficient privilege to access IIS web sites on your machine.

The Web Application Project Fabrikam.FederationProvider.3 is configured to use IIS. Unable to access the IIS metabase. You do not have sufficient privilege to access IIS web sites on your machine.

This happens in Visual Studio 2010 SP1 on a Windows 7 SP1 running as a local user "Sam" who is a member of the local group "Administrators".

Sam (the local user) can run IIS Manager & browse the default site as well as applications.

Visual Studio does load this solution properly when I "run as Administrator" while logged in as Sam.
